I am 39 this year single. Dilemma whether to buy 3 room resale at jalan bukit merah left 55 year and jurong left 65 years. Both about same price. Work bukit merah.Any good advise which to take or any good area to recommend? Thanks for all reply.

Hi, if both are about the same price, I would be going for the Bukit Merah flat myself and also, the chances of SERS may be higher.

As you're only 39 years old, I will not advise you to go for either of the flats. Try to go for something that's newer if possible.
