I am 35 single looking to buy a 3 room resale around sengkang,punggol,buangkok,hougang area.I have around 110k in my CPF ordinary account. I just started driving taxi in April hence I am unsure if HDB would grant me a HDB loan.I am earning less than 5k a month. Being a taxi driver I have no CPF contribution at the moment.would like to get some advice on how I can buy my own flat.appreciate ur advice. thank you.

Hi,

You might want to explore getting a bank loan instead. Currently the interest rate is lower than you loan from HDB. I suggest you can talk to a banker to have an in-principle approval on your loan before you start searching.
