Dear sir/madam,
Under such circumstances, a win win scenario need to be strike between yourself and the prospective buyers for the existing unit or sellers of the unit you intend to purchase when it comes to pricing. Do not expect to sell high and buy low in such scenarios. Technically 6 months is a lot of time to sell a unit, unless the supply in the vicinity has ample supply for sale and all the units for sale are selling way cheaper than what you are looking for.
