I am 32yo staying as a occupier in my parent flat which already mop-ed.Can i look to buy a ec jointly with my mother?Current Hdb loan left 100k.Do i need to sell the hdb before able to buy the ec?i have around 400k in cash and earning 5.4k/mth.Please advice

You and your mother are eligible to purchase resale EC as new EC are governed by HDB ruling.
