Hi,

Both ways are possible, you will need to sell away your current HDB within 6 months after key collection to your next HDB. However, with current market, it is better to secure a buyer offer first before committing to another unit. The timelines can be managed carefully so the transition is smooth.

Thanks and may I understand your requirements further so to further assist with your housing plans? Hope to discuss further.

Warm regards

Hi,
You can sell your mother flat later, but with the current market, best is to sell then buy, but within the time line so you will not have accommodation problem.
To assist and advise you more in details, kindly drop me an email for me to share.

I am contactable at my mobile or email.
