Husband and wife bought a HDB resale flat 8 years ago. Can they apply new EC? (Husband is SC and wife is SPR). Thanks.

Hi Catherine

Yes, you are eligible. You can choose to buy an EC first and sell the HDB unit 6 months after the EC has been TOP.
