How to claim fair settlement amount when landlord is refunding tiny part from security deposit back to tenant without proper justification and calculation on damages?

IF you are very sure the settlement amount is unfair to you and the shortfall amount is less than $10,000, then with your tenancy agreement and stamp duty, you can file a case with the small claims court.
