Do you mean to estimate the COV payable for a potential resale flat that you want to purchase?

If you use a professional buyer agent to support your purchase, you should not see any COV in most cases.
Let me know if you need help! Recently negotiated more than $80k savings for a client buying a HDB... Without my help, they would have overpaid and incurred an extremely high COV for the unit they were eyeing which would have cost them their retirement savings.

COV cannot be calculated when there is no valuation. The final price minus off the valuation will be considered the COV.
