How to analyze Executive Condominium (EC) Is it worth buying?

1) This is a question that will need a long explanation and research.
2) You have to understand the price trend of the EC life cycle.
3) There are ECs that were built in the late 90s' and newer ones that were built after 2010.
4) They are at different life cycles therefore have to target those that you are interested in before can run research to determine whether it is worth buying.
