How much need for 1 room condo?. I am Singapore pr. I have own property in India .is there any problem ?. How much monthly income(salary) required? Can u tell me?

Foreigners may buy a condo even if you have property in Singapore. Just note the recent ABSD which means an additional tax on buying.

Perhaps the question would be what are you looking for? To buy for investment or to stay? Do you care about location or just the cheapest 1brm in Singapore? Do you have a budget?
