Assuming you do not own other residential properties, and have not gotten subsidized flat before, and is purchasing hdb resale flats. For the max first timer cpf housing grants is as below
First-timer households
Buying a 2- to 4-room resale flat:
SC/ SC: $80,000
SC/ SPR: $70,000
Buying a 5-room or bigger resale flat:
SC/ SC: $50,000
SC/ SPR: $40,000
You may also qualify for proximity housing grants of 20k, if you buy within 4km of your parents address and their owned property.
