How much do i pay for expression of interest for condo before TOP ?

Hi Michael;
If you are looking to purchase new condo from developer,you pay 5% cash upon booking and 15% cpf/cash within 8 weeks later.The balance 80% can be from home loan(assuming you are eligible for max loan).For expression of interest(prior to booking of unit),no payment is needed.Please feel free to contact me for more details.I have a few new launches in various parts of Singapore direct from developer's sales!
