Hi Mdarf,

Main cash outlay will be:
- 5% deposit ($50,000)
- 3% buyer stamp duty = $30,000 (additional buyer's stamp duty might be applicable)
- legal fees of $2800+ GST
- mortgage stamp duty capped at $500
