Hi IQ,

My colleague just rented out an EA at Hougang St 91 at $2,500. Q2 median for Executive at Hougang was $2,440.

However, i know of a unit asking for $3,500 right now.

Therefore, i though it might be possible to get around $3,000 region depending of the condition.

Very much depends on the location of your unit. If it is situated with amenities nearby, I would say you can look at $2800 pretty comfortably.
