Hi, no one can assure you of a good timeline to sell the property. It all depends on the selling price and the market situation, I have seen low level condo with pool view sell in 2months, while another stays in the market after half a year. Are you interested in selling? Perhaps I can assist.

Typically you will be able to get a buyer offer within 3 months of marketing, as long as the unit is priced reasonably and of relatively well maintained condition.

Dear James,

There is no such thing as ideal timeline to sell a low or high floor unit. More importantly, is the market positioning as well as the marketing campaign derived by the realtor to reach out to prospective buyers. With the right campaign and positioning, a property usually will take less than 3 months to sell.

Not all buyers like high floors as they maybe afraid of heights. It is more about the ability to find out what the buyers are looking at, for example, not all units with pool view are appreciated by buyers too, as they may find the facing too noisy for their liking.

It can be a one view one closing or either a 1-3 months period, depends on the marketing strategy too.
