Dear sir/madam,
I am assuming that you are planning to purchase a HDB with your partner and both of you are of different race. Depending on the location of the property, there could be more interests from a particular ethnic group for buyers, for example, units in Little India area are usually not open for Indian buyers if the sellers are non-Indian households, therefore if it is a mixed ethnic couple of an indian and non-indian looking to purchase the unit, it is best to register the ethnic group as indian.
