How do I get info on people who wants to let go of their EC nearing TOP? And I like to know if there is any EC that is leftover and going to TOP soon? I intend to get one

Hi Keegan, As shared by my colleague,an EC is considered a non sale property within the first 5 years. Similar to your situation, I have another couple looking at EC as a possibility.
