Hi, for new ECs, you can buy direct from developer if you fulfill the criteria to apply for an EC. For 'privatized' ECs, you can buy from open market after 5 years of its TOP (if you are a citizen or a PR) or after 10 years of its TOP (if you are a foreigner). Pls let me know how I can assist you in either of these scenarios. I am marketing a very well-located upcoming EC in the Northeast of SG.
