Hi,

1) You will collect your cash proceeds in terms of a cheque issued by the HDB on the completion day itself.
2) The cheque will bear all the owners' names. Thus if the owners do not have a joint account, they will have to open one at any bank they preferred to deposit this in.
3) You will be able to collect it in cash once the cheque is cleared by the bank, it should not take more than 3 days according to current banking practice.
4) Only the returned CPF and accrued interest might take around 2 weeks to deposit into individual CPF OA.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
