How can i tell if a particular developer is good or not? Does it mean big developers are normally good and small developers are normally lousy? I meant in terms of the design and materials use. Becoz we don't get to see the unit until it TOP. Well, by then it's too late to regret.

Dear Genuine Buyer,

More oftenly, the reputation or track record of the developer is a common gauge on the delivery of the final product - your apartment at TOP. Of course, the furnishing materials are pre-determined during initial sale, so you somewhat know what to expect. You can run through the checklist of the furnishing options and materials that you first chosen when you bought your apartment.

Sometimes, the quality of workmanship by sub-contractors that install the interior furnishing materials may be unpredictable. However, there is a waranty period for correction of any defects in your apartment/condo from the time you obtained your key. Therefore, ensure you check for any defects or areas you are not satisfied with upon collection of your key, and raise them to the developer/management for correction.

New launches are often value buy!
