Hi,

US citizen are eligible to purchase non-landed developments such as condominium developments. There will not be any ABSD as you are US citizen. You may still be eligible to borrow from banks if you have income and bank statements to show the bank.

You can purchase a non-landed private residential property in Singapore. Importantly, you will need to have funds ready for this purchase in Singapore, and if you are not holding on to any form of long term pass here in Singapore, I understand that it could be tricky in terms of funds arrangement as you will then be ineligible to open a bank account here in Singapore. We will need to work out the details further on this in that respect.
