Hi, Yes blocked and unblocked view is very subjective, but based on what you describe , I would consider it blocked view as well. As long as there is nothing blocking you from seeing the scenery that you are trying to sell, it will be considered unblocked. However, regardless of blocked or unblocked view, as long as the buyer is interested in the unit and likes what it has to offer, it is a good unit .
