I am unsure about the more and more enbloc taking place as it is still subjected to negotiations. Market movement is definitely improving, however, pricing remains subdue. This is in fact a good time to enter the market if you are looking to right size or upgrade if financial means can support the movement. Otherwise, from investment perspective, I still feel that market is still very uncertain. I always share with my clients, where majority of people go may not be the best choice as it would have been a saturated market when too many people crowd in 1 place. Just like Changi Village and Hougang now.
