hi,ive sold my resale 5 rm ea 3 years ago and now looking for resale 4 rm flat,will i have to pay any levy? can i know how much and wether could i buy a $0 cov 4 rm flat? 1 more thing,where could i buy a repo flat? is it advisable???

Afternoon,

As you are buying resale HDB unit, you are not required to pay levy. But if your previous EA have utilized HDB loan and you intend to get HDB loan for this purchase, you will be required to prepare 50% cash on the proceed gain from your sales.
Gettiing 4 room flat with $0 COV is possible. Personally, I have a 4 room flat at Sengkang Central, going at value. There are other similar units but I would need to keep a lookout for you, if you are interested.
As for getting a HDB unit that have being taken back, you will have to purchase it from HDB, which will be considered as direct purchase.

    Hi there Mike,thank you for your answer,it helps me alot but i still have a few more questions.if im taking a 2nd hdb loan i will have to fork out 50% cash which i dont have any,could i take a bank loan? i have look around in property guru,the lowest for a 4 rm flat is 365k,my cpf combine with my wife is estimated about 140k,how much could i loan from a bank for housing if my salary is 1400? how do i pay for your commission? if i loan from a bank,will they cut monthly from my cpf or i have to pay cash? please assist me as im quite new in this....thank you...
