Good morning Isa,

You can purchase a resale HDB under non citizen spouse scheme with your singaporean wife as the applicant and you as a occupier.

Do take note that only her income will be taken into consideration for the mortgage.

As for HDB's rental scheme, you will not be eligible because 1 party must be a SC and the other must be at least a SPR.

    My future MIL is a widow. She have more than enough CPF to buy HDB. She is 51. As per HDB, she need to pay Levy for 3rd application for buying HDB flat as she had sold her flat with her ex husband,twice. Apart, she dont want to buy anymore as the tenure is 30years.
    My 1st question - Does she(future MIL) eligible to apply for rental HDB as 1st applicant?
    2nd question - Does SWIFT scheme stil avail?
