Hi,I'm Malysian, just convert to PR 4months ago, i have 40K cash.What properties may I purchase if any? Studio apts are also an option.

Evening Ms. Yen,

If you are looking at getting studio apartments, you will be looking at around $180k cash to facilitate the purchase. You are also not eligible for HDB unit as for SPR, you will need to be married and must have being holding SPR for more than 3 years to be eligible.
