As you are a SPR, how about your partner?

Do take note that if both of you are SPR, you must fulfill SPR status of 3 years respectively first in order to be eligible to purchase a resale HDB.

And if you want to hold on to your overseas private property for any reason, you need to seek approval from HDB first before you commit to a purchase.

Afternoon Cindy,

SPR are only eligible to buyer Resale HDB unit of you are married to another SPR or SC. If your spouse is SPR, both of you must have fulfilled 3 years on SPR status. I have heard of similar case to yours and they did succeed on their appeal.
