Good afternoon buyer,

I am afraid to inform you that you need to fulfill 5 years minimum occupation period first before you are eligible to apply for new BTO or EC.

You might want to send in an appeal to HDB if see whether they can grant you exemption. It will be based on a case by case basis.

As your HDB unit is still within MOP, you might have to appeal your case to HDB for sp coal approval. Do note that even if HDB do allow you to sell your current unit in the resale market, you will still be liable for SSD.
