Hi,i and my wife are SPR with 2 kids,we granted SPR last year august,can i buy EC instead of HDB flat now instead of wait for 3 years ?
What is the requirement ?
i have CPF 135K in OA now.

Morning Peter,

You can try to look into resale EC which might fit your needs better. You will need around $800k loan and another $120k cash to get something of a decent size.
