In fact, no unit is on sale over that area.

(2) For SPR, you have to be couple in order to be eligible to purchase HDB flat.

Yes, it is possible for you to buy a HDB flat, provided you had all the eligibility conditions met.

Is your wife Singapore Citizen or a SPR? If she's also an SPR, both of you must be at least been SPR for 3 years before being eligible to purchase a HDB resale flat.
