Good morning buyer,

As you are a foreigner, you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty. Your initial outlay will be 38% of the purchase price.

1) 20% cash downpayment (if you can obtain a max 80% loan)
2) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
3) 15% ABSD
4) $3k legal fees
5) stamp duty for mortgage, valuation fee and others

As for loan tenure, you are able to loan up to 24/ 25 years (max is lower of 30 years or till retirement age of 65 years old.

Downpayment 20%
ABSD + BSD 18%
Max bank loan 80%
Legal fees about 3K.

Loan tenures are typically till age of 65, which translates to about 25 year loan for you. How much financing can be obtained depends on your income and credit profile, it is advisable to speak to a preferred Banker which I can recommend.
