im looking for a 4 room flat. I'm now engaged, iszit possible if we puchase a house now, our rom will be mid nex year.. does hdb allows that?

Hi Hana,

Based on your ROM date, you will not be able to fulfill HDB's requirements for purchasing a house.

HDB will require you to produce your marriage cert on or before the completion if you are taking cpf grant.

If you are not taking cpf grant, you are required to produce your marriage cert within 3months from the date of completion.
