hi,for new launches when does the developer pay the property agent's commission? Is it in stages as per construction schedule or the full amount is paid at the signing of the sale? Please let me know the exact details for this,thanks

Hi, most developer will pay in full lump sum and the time frame could be anything between 6 to 9 months.
