Hi, would like to know if I can buy SBF or Open Booking of Flats.
I'm Singapore PR and my wife is Singaporean. Currently own an overseas property in Malaysia under my name. Are we able to apply SBF or Open Booking of Flats before I dispose off the overseas property?

Hi Sir
Under the current regulations, you are not allowed to do so. In case you sell off your overseas property, you need to wait for 30 months before being eligible to purchase a unit directly from HDB or a resale. However you can submit an appeal to HDB and I do know of cases where HDB approve the appeal. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussions on this.
