Hi, would like to enquire if I am eligible to apply for EC (or for that matter, resale HDB/new HDB direct)?
My situation is as follows:
1. Bounded by MOP of 5 years till Apr 2014 (HDB housing grant for resale flats)
I understand that those resales without HDB grants could apply for EC as long as their MOP of 3 years expire before TOP.
Will the above condition be applicable to those with HDB grant of 5 years MOP? I.e. to say, can I apply for EC now? Since my MOP will lapse before TOP.
