Hi!
Would like to check, my hdb completion appointment is on 8th july 2019. The seller will be cutting all electricity by end June.
As I am opening my utilities account, am I able to start the electricity on 1st July 2019? As the seller will be leaving the fridge behind, and we'd like to switch it on for that 1 week of unoccupied period. Is it possible or is it against the HDB Terms and Conditions?
