Hi would like to ask advise regarding signed Tenancy Agreement. Is it possible to cancel it? As the move in date is 2weeks from date it was agreed and signed. And if there are damages needs to be paid what should it be? Cannot find any phrase that if the tenant cancelled or not able to commence with above agreement he or she should pay....except that i have already paid the deposit. Am entitled to get it back? How abt the agents? Should i pay them?? Thanks
