Hi, Where can I find a list of approved condominiums under the Planning Act that have “Strata-Titled” landed property such as cluster houses and townhouses? I am a PR, but have been unable to get approval to purchase landed property.

I would prefer to purchase and live in a Semi-D or townhouse or cluster house type of place. I understand that foreigners may purchase “Strata-Titled” landed property in approved condominium developments under the Planning Act.

Hi Brian,

Are you looking to purchase a cluster or townhouse where foreigners are eligible? Perhaps it would be easier if you are able to let me know which are the locations you maybe interested in as well as other specific requirements that I can help shortlisting. I believe it would be more helpful that way.
