Hi,

You can only consider Private condos, resale ECs or landed properties for residential for single purchase. Commercial properties you are all eligible to purchase.

For all sorts of public housing, hdb resale or bto or new ECs, you need to form a family nucleus with either your parents or fiancee. Thanks and may I understand your requirements further so to know what you are looking for?

Only Private and overseas properties. BTO, Resale HDB, DBSS, ECs are out.

The minimum price for a Singapore condo is about $570k for a studio/ one bedrm. Assuming that you are eligible for maximum loan of 80%, you will need approximately $128,500 (cash and cpf combined) for the initial downpayment and stamp duties/other miscellenous.

Hi, you can buy condo as long you are above 21. But for hdb, single must be 35 and above. Before going further, you should work out the eligible purchase price. Please drop me an email for me to share the details.

You can consider private, commercial, industrial or overseas properties.

If you are just looking at local residential private property, probably you should speak to my banker first so he can advise you on in principle approval. From there, you will have a better idea of how much you can loan.
