Hi Victor, it is very simple. To check the eligibility of your buying status, you could just go directly to the showflat and the agent appointed by the developer would submit the paper work of the pre- approval on your behalf. Could I know which EC you are looking at currently, and I could assist to arrange an appointment on your behalf. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi,

For each new EC launch, there is an eApp period which is a window to submit an application to ascertain your EC eligibility. You can head down to the EC showflat to do so, and I will be most glad to assist.

Or may I understand your main concerns over email? Is it income-related? We can clear your doubts from there. May I know which EC are you considering at the moment? Thanks and hope to speak to you soon.
