Dear buyer, In terms of conservation apartment, it is a very niche segment of real estate therefore I am afraid that there isn't much significant data to reference upon or I should say, the amount of data available is unlikely worthwhile to consider. In terms of investment returns, be it through rental or sale, we will also be looking at renting or selling to niche group of buyers, which makes the exit plan for this investment look weak. Upon expiration of the tenure, you will end up with nothing just like any club memberships with expiry dates.
