Hi what if my HLE loan cannot covers the whole sum of HDB flat ? the HLE loan only based on my income as my spouse is a non sg citizen , can we do another bank loan from Malaysia to cover the balance ?

Afternoon,

You can try to check it out with local bank. They might be able to provide you with higher loan amount compared to what HDB have given you. Alternatively, you can try to purchase smaller unit if you are looking at getting the housing grant as first time SC buyer.
