Good morning Christine,

I will advise you to apply for HLE (HDB loan) or AIP (Bank loan) to find out how much can you loan based on your single income so you will have a better idea of your estimated budget.

In addition, the loan quantum must be complemented by your finances on hand (CPF OA funds and cash) as well.

Lastly, do take note that you have to be at least 35 years old and Singaporean to be eligible under single singapore citizen scheme.

It depends on your cash and OA on hand as well. Recommended to do the a HLE or indicative loan approval from bank so to narrow down the preferred price range we can look at..Thanks and hope to assist further.
