Hi, we're a new married couple looking for resale house around 300k under foreign spouse scheme, do we must pay some amount to first owner if so how much it would be??

As a married couple with foreign spouse, your buying procedure of a resale flat will be as per normal.
All amount of deposit will be as the standard Option to Purchase requirements.
