Hi,
We would seek advice on the possibility of us owning a 2nd property.
Our condition:
-Husband (SC) and Wife (SPR)
-Owned a 5 Room HDB
-4 Occupants (Husband, Wife, 3 yrs old Son and Husband Mum)
-Fulfilled MOP
-Outstanding HDB loan $ 78,794.18
-Husband CPF $6,873.87 and Wife CPF $16,490.22
-Cash about $250K
Question:
-Any Possibilities that we can keep our HDB and own a 2nd property.
Our main objective is to move to the Private Property and rent out the HDB, therefore min a 2 Bedrooms.
