Hi we are upgraders we want to buy a EC in Punggol heard 2 more coming up soon this year and many said because of MSR that the units will be smaller and less amenities compared to the current EC launches.how true is this?

Hi, generally it is true that new condo size are built smaller and smaller. There is still no news on next new EC launches. You can drop me an email with your email address.
