Hi we are SPR only 2.5 years, currently I have cash only 45K and ordinary CPF only 10K, can I buy hdb? may be with low cov?

Evening Steven,

With your curent status, it's almost impossible to get a unit. 2 room flat have a valuation of $260k, on average. You only have enough for for the 20%, excluding the stamp fee, lesser to talk about COV.
