hi, we are singapore pr couple (more than 3 year) we planning to buy hdb resale at yishun purchase price $350000 can i know what fee i need to paid for like downpayment,ABSD,stamp duty,legal fee and agent fee please help to give a estimate amount thank.

Afternoon, Your ABSD payable is $17500, with standard stamp duty and legal fee payable at $8200. If you managed to get 80% loan and you are buying at value of $350k, your downpayment is $70k. As for legal fee, the standard practise is at 1% of purchase price, excluding GST payable. Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.
