Hi.
We are Msian SG PR just stepping into 3rd year PR in June 2015.
May I have your advice when shall we start looking for properties so we can buy a HDB ASAP after full 3 yrs of PR status?

Don't hesitate to start house hunting from this moment onwards. I am already assisting two group of SPR buyers currently. One group just fulfilled 3 years while the other in July.

Hi Steven, both of you could start going for viewing of flats a few weeks before you obtain the 3rd year as a PR. In that way, you also have some time to shortlist a few units and could arrange for a 2nd viewing when it is ready to sign the contract.
