Hi We are married couples interested to purchase waterwoods ec,we want a 3 bedder unit,we do not mind the size as long as there's 3 bedroom,our budget is around 700k.Are there units around that price?

Hi Married couple, There is Lush Acres 3BR near your budget. My soon-to-be-married couple friends just bought a 3BR there. Its 926sqft and high floor and very satisfied with their purchase from CDL. Seletar Mall will be completed nearby and only 400m from LRT. Many schools nearby, including NanChiau Pri within 1.5km. only few units 3BR avail so quick call, view and decide fast.
